Stockdale Economic Development Corporation

The Stockdale Economic Development Corporation (“SEDC”) is a volunteer organization of Stockdale residents, appointed by the Stockdale City Council. The SEDC assists both existing and potential businesses in a variety of ways, including helping with the acquisition of land and construction of new facilities in the Stockdale area. We work to expand and create new local employment opportunities in Stockdale.

The Mission of the Stockdale Economic Development Corporation is to enhance and promote the economic health, stability and growth of the City of Stockdale, while maintaining the charm of a small-town environment.

Stockdale is located only a short distance from the Eagle Ford oil production areas, but prices are much more reasonable. We are less than an hour from San Antonio and even closer to Seguin, New Braunfels, San Marcos, Karnes City and Kenedy. Contact us to find out more about business opportunities or our business park.
